Full Time Account Coordinator

thunder::tech is seeking a candidate that will excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The successful candidate will be able to juggle competing priorities daily with an internal career path that may include promotion to a Senior Account Coordinator role and Account Manager.

The Account Services Department (ASD) is responsible for day-to-day project management and coordination, relationship management, client growth and strategy. As an Account Coordinator, you would be coordinating daily efforts alongside other team members within the account services department. You would be working directly with assigned clients, department managers and production team members. This position requires a motivated, organized and team oriented individual who is proactive and continuously willing to take on multiple projects at any given time.

In addition to working directly with clients and overseeing projects, the Account Coordinator would also work with Account Managers as needed to increase professional development when taking on clients.
 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain and continue to grow exisiting client accounts
  • Day-to-day client relationship coordination
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously internally/externally
  • Work with the project team members to create project calendars
  • Monitor and channel the appropriate communication between the different departments of thunder::tech
  • Develop proposals, agreements and contracts
  • Utilizing negotiation skills
  • Train and monitor new Project Coordinator
  • RFP Coordination
 

Primary Qualifications:

  • Strong organization and time management skills are required
  • A team-oriented person who is motivated and an effective communicator
  • Ability to provide project direction to production team members
  • Ability to generate and present ideas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage several tasks as once

                                                                                                                                         

Expected Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree or persuing a degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related program preferred 
  • Marketing and/or project management: 2-5 years experience
