thunder::tech is seeking an Operations Administrative Internship candidate to provide organizational support for human resources, administrative assistance for the operations department and aid all departments in the agency wiith a variety of administrative tasks.

This intern will  thrive in a fast-paced environment where independence and determination are standards. They must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and have excellent attention to details. The ideal candidate will excel at customer service, posess a positive attitude and be open-minded to implementing new ideas. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain an organized and functional work environment
  • Maintain and organize file system for client documentation
  • Data entry for new project work, and communicating new project work to the team
  • Assist with new hire intake, orientation, scheduling and follow ups during employment
  • Assist in organizational training processes and procedures
  • Assist with leave tracking
  • Serve as back up during the absence of Operations Manager
  • Create data reports needed for all departments
  • Actiively participate in team meetings offering input, opinions and administrative assistance
  • Assess, correct and confirm entries in our internal system
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
 

Preferred Background and Expectations:

  • An Associates Degree in Office Administration or related program

  • This is an entry-level position, and we request a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Office Administrative and/or related field experience
