I know that I say that every year, but let me make this simple:
We started the year designing tours and 3D renderings for a billion dollar electric car company plant.

We helped orchestrate the world's second largest media event over the summer.

And then we ended the year winning sizable accounts in five different states.

Of course a couple things happened in between:
    • We took on another floor at the t::t world headquarters specifically for our growing multimedia practice
    • Added satellite office space in Detroit, Michigan and Chicago
    • Realigned our Communication Department with the creation of our Content & Engagement Groups and Performance Marketing Groups working together to build more long-term strategic solutions using marketing automation combined with our Communication services
    • Became one of the top Kentico CMS awarded partners in the world, winning our seventh global site of the month award in under four years
    • We also built more strength behind our Sitecore CMS partnership with additional certifications and projects

Our teammates inside the agency and our client partners that we choose to work with continue to make me excited to get out of bed every morning. We're beginning thunder::tech’s 18th year of business and have just rolled out a new strategic plan to keep in place what's made thunder::tech great, but also to work on what we need to improve and grow in order to cross the 20th year anniversary mark with our best years still ahead of us.

The marketing industry continues to be quite the roller-coaster ride. Marketing has continued to build a stronger position within most organizations playing a role throughout the sales process, partnering with HR, thinking about customer service and future product development and I expect this trend to continue to ramp up next year.

These are exciting times, folks. I hope you're having as much fun as we are.

    Happy holidays and happy marketing!
