Wireframing and Prototyping

form and function combine

What it is

Creating or revamping your website is a big decision, and it can be difficult to visualize a concept as you work toward evolving your online home. To assist in making the abstract a reality, our User Experience Design (UXD) Team will create wireframes and sitemap to help connect the dots to your ultimate vision and ensure your users can navigate your website with ease.

Similar to architectural blueprints for a building, a wireframe is a document that communicates the structure and content order of a website. It generally includes navigation, text placement, spaces for images and videos, as well as interactive elements such as form fields, links and buttons.

A wireframe is not an aesthetic design document. It is the organizational blueprint where practical decisions impacting development, content strategy and the user experience can be made before other design elements, such as color, typeface, imagery and branding, are explored.

What we think

Every website should be designed with the end user in mind. This includes the site’s navigation, information hierarchy and everything in between. When there is a conflict in priorities—serving the users’ needs or promoting the brand’s objectives—we encourage you to put the needs of the user first. Always.

How we help

You may know what you need, but not necessarily how to assemble it within the confines of the many devices available today. Our UX designers help you get there.
