thunder::tech is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to provide organizational support for the Operations Department and assist all Departments in the agency while completing daily to-do’s, with accuracy.
Position Summary::
The Office Assistant will provide organizational support and thrive in a fast-paced environment where independence and determination are standards. While we are a remote first agency, this position requires the candidate to be in the office daily. They must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent changes and developments of processes. The candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain confidentiality, and remain open to others’ ideas while trying new processes.
Responsibilities::
- Help maintain an organized and functional work environment
- Maintain and organize file system for client documentation
- Data entry for new project work, and communicating new project work to the team
- Assist with overseeing employee hour updates
- Serve as back up during the absence of Operations Manager
- Create data reports needed for all departments
- Assess, correct, and confirm previous entries in internal system
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Preferred Background and Qualifications::
- An Associate Degree in Office Administration or related program
