Empire Auto Parts was entering a new phase of growth—opening new distribution centers, expanding geographically and scaling the business. But their brand needed to keep pace. The existing look, messaging and sales materials no longer fully represented where the company was headed.
At the same time, Empire needed a strategic partner to support ongoing marketing efforts—someone who could help translate a refreshed brand into real‑world assets, maintain consistency across channels and move in step with a growing organization. We started by laying the foundation—aka doing the research. We conducted internal and external audience research to understand perception and opportunity, then defined clear brand standards anchored in shared values and a unified voice.
From there, we refreshed trade publication advertising with updated creative and messaging, developed a modernized logo suite and created flexible sales and promotional assets guided by the new brand strategy. The work was intentionally collaborative, designed to give Empire a brand system they could use, extend and grow over time.
